A great experience from start to finish. Richard came to measure and advise. Just before the specified appointment time he called to say he was on his way. After we chose the fabric, a deposit was made and a few days later we were advised the blinds were in stock and ready to be fitted. We arranged a date and Ryan, the fitter, rang prior to the time to say he was on his way. Ryan was great - friendly, polite and explained what he was doing. He tidied away and made sure everything was in order and that we were happy. Happy we certainly were.

Had a couple of manufacturing defects with some of the blinds and reported this to Art Blinds who initally came out immediately to check. There was then a relatively lengthy delay to resolve the issue, which was caused by a miscommunication and processing error, but once this was identified Richard was very quick to come out to inspect the issues and to order the new panels. New panels were fitted today and look great and so happy with the end result and the overall service from Art Blinds. Sometimes things do go wrong and it's important to have a local supplier who understands, and endeavours to put things right and that is exactly what Art Blinds did so thank you.
